The Rhode Island Clean Water Association is holding its annual golf outing on Monday, June 17th, 2024. This event will be held at the Potowomut Golf Club with registration starting at 7:30am and a 9:00am Shotgun start. Enjoy a complete round of 18 holes of golf (including carts), scramble format, continental breakfast, BBQ at the turn, beverages, dinner banquet and many raffle prizes. The Potowomut Golf Club is located at 439 Ives Road, East Greenwich, RI.

Registration and payment must be submitted no later than Friday, May 31, 2024. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR REGISTRATION ON TIME AND USE THE ATTACHED REGISTRATION FORMS OR GO ONTO OUR WEB SITE AT RICWA.ORG. OUR LAST EVENT WAS FULLY BOOKED AND REGISTRATION WILL BE FIRST COME FIRST SERVE. DON'T MISS OUT! The registration table will be located inside the Banquet room this year next to the tables that are displaying the raffle prizes.

The success of this fund raiser depends on our sponsors who provide financial assistance and voluntarily participate in the event. The Annual Golf Tournament helps RICWA provide for two primary objectives. One is the Scholarship Fund  which provides funding for educational opportunities for both wastewater operations professionals and college-bound  high school seniors. The second objective is to provide quality professional training for wastewater professionals by  sponsoring seminars that promote the collection and treatment of wastewater.

In addition to the attached golf registration forms, there are other sponsorship options to choose from, and the detailed documents and sponsorship forms are enclosed as well. To have these sponsorships ready for this golf event, please submit confirmation and payment by Friday, May 31, 2024.

If you would like to donate for the goody bags, please e-mail Peter Connell at [email protected] with what you  would like to donate. If you would like to donate for the raffle, you may bring it with you when you register that day (please attach business card to raffle donation). This year for the raffle, the tickets will be sold during the registration,  and before you head out to golf, please place your tickets in the jars of the prize(s) you would like. While you are  golfing, the Golf Committee will pick the ticket number and leave it on the raffle prize. After you finish your round of  golf and turn in your score card, you will verify your winning ticket via a Golf Committee member and take your raffle  prize.

The Association is looking forward to seeing all of you at this great outing. It promises to be a fun event and is always a great opportunity to interact with other professionals working in the wastewater field.
